Each ADMISSION ticket is valid only for the DATE and TIME SLOT printed on the ticket. Ticket is good for ONE individual admittance only including all haunt rooms inside. No exchanges or refunds.

 

You may arrive anytime during your time slot on the date of your ticket. If you arrive later, you will be put in the next available time slot.

 

You may print out your ticket from the confirmation email that is sent to you. You may also present your ticket on a mobile device for scanning.
